Reza is a Senior Director of the Transport business unit, and serves as the lead for Airport, Airline, Ground Handling and MRO clients. He is an experienced consulting practitioner with more than 20 years advising global and regional leading clients in digital / technology  transformation programs. 

Indy is a Senior Director in the NCS Transport business unit, and serves as the lead for Maritime and Supply Chains / Logistics sectors. He is a Senior Transformational Leader and Trusted Advisor with 25+ years experience in Supply Chains, Logistics, Transportation, Industry 4.0 & Sustainability.

Philip Lim is Senior Partner, Client Service Lead within the Enterprise Strategic Business Group. In this role, he works closely with our Aviation partners to deliver market-leading work for our clients.

Before this transition, he was the Senior Partner, Engineering, and led the Engineering Service Organisation to drive the transformation and development of deep engineering expertise needed to drive client impact and create growth opportunities for our engineers.

Prior to NCS, he led Pavilion Capital’s enterprise software investment in vertical applications, horizontal platforms, AI, and infrastructure covering Europe, Israel, Australia, and selectively in the US.

In the aviation domain, Philip was Senior Vice President of SATS' Apron Division, responsible for flight operations, load control, ramp and technical ramp, baggage operations, aircraft cleaning, and maintenance. He also undertook the role of Senior Vice President, SATS Asia-Pacific Star, responsible for providing complete landside, airside and catering services to low-cost carriers in Changi and Seletar. As the previous Senior Vice President of ST Engineering Advance Systems, Philip led the development of airport-related AI and unmanned systems solutions within the ambit of the NTU-STE joint lab. He also served as Managing Director of Rheinmetall Electronics Singapore and led the Air Traffic Management business.

Philip served in the SAF for 25 years and retired as the Chief of Staff, General Staff.

Tim is currently the Australian Chief Operating Officer as well as leading NCS AU’s Transport & Logistics CSU and is based in Brisbane. He is an experienced CIO, Technology Executive and Board Member with 30 years of operational leadership, technology innovation and program delivery experience. He has international experience across industries including mining, government, transport, oil & gas, and technology. Most recently, Tim was the CIO at Aurizon, where he led the IT transformation post-IPO, and he currently serves on the Board of a member-owned bank. Prior to that he worked at Rio Tinto for nine years in the leadership team of their IT function and global process transformation & ERP program. Tim is BCom, CPA and AICD qualified.
