Chew Lik is Co-Lead for Financial, Industrial and Commercial Client (FIC) Service Unit and Sector Lead for Financial Services (FS) in NCS. He is focused on assisting financial institutions in digital transformation leveraging on advanced analytics, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence and Internet-of-Things to enhance customer experience, sales force effectiveness and back-office operations efficiency.

Chew Lik held a variety of leadership roles in his nearly 30 years of management consulting and technology consulting experience in banking, insurance and capital market industries. He was the Head of Financial Services Sector for IBM Consulting Services in Singapore and the Global Client Service Partner for a large Singapore banking group and ASEAN Client Service Partner for two Japanese mega banks at Ernst and Young.

Chew Lik earned his Bachelor of Computer Science and Master of Business Administration from St. Mary’s University in Canada.

Kevin leads the Global Insurance Practice for NCS Group where he works with regional teams to establish strategic relationships with insurance clients to accelerate their growth in the region, and also runs the NCS HK Financial Services business unit.

Francis Yee is the client service lead for Financial Services. With 20 years of IT delivery project experience, Francis plays a key role in establishing NCS as a digital innovation partner by leveraging technologies like blockchain, AI/ML, cloud computing, metaverse, 5G and IoT.

Guai Eng Chun is the Global delivery Lead for Financial Services Industry and Client Service Lead for Central Bank. With more than 30 years of IT delivery experience, he plays a key role in NCS for ensuring projects are initiated properly and delivered with quality. Leveraging also on his domain knowledge in commercial bank payment systems and interbank clearing and settlement systems, he helps establish NCS as a brand name for payment business practice.
