Lim Chih Shoong leads the Healthcare CSU, and in his capacity as Senior Partner, he has a strong mandate to expand and cement NCS’s footprint in the regional healthcare domain. He is passionate to curate and design innovative and holistic solutions for clients to better serve and provide for those in need of medical services. 

Prior to this role, Chih Shoong led the Application & Innovation practice in NCS with a focus to grow the enterprise business, where he led the project delivery, industry consulting, innovation hub and ERP platforms for NCS.  

His practice helped enterprise clients “unwire the past” by modernising their business and technology platform that served as the foundation for organisational transformation and “rewire the future” by driving innovation through envisioning and experiencing the art of the possible. 

Before joining NCS, Chih Shoong was a Managing Director at Accenture, Singapore. He was the ASEAN Utility Lead, ASEAN Resources Management Consulting Lead and Singapore Resources Lead. 

Chih Shoong has over 20 years of experience in managing and delivering large-scale digital projects across industries and in leading projects with national impact. He has worked globally with large Oil and Gas majors, Mining, Utility and among other clients that have international presence. 

Chih Shoong holds a Bachelor Degree in Computing, Information Technology from Monash University, Australia. 

Anand Parampathy is the business unit lead for government healthcare, and partners with government healthcare agencies to define the needs of today and tomorrow. He strives to deliver quality outcomes for the work entrusted to NCS. 

Chua Woon Leng helms the commercial healthcare portfolio with her deep experience in the healthcare and pharma industries across process reengineering and complex solution implementations.
