Senior Partner, Enterprise

Howie leads the Client Service Unit for Healthcare & Transport in NCS. He is focused on helping healthcare and transport organisations digitally transform their services to become more people-centric and to support the future demands in smart cities.

Howie has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, IT consulting and business process outsourcing. His key roles in the past included client partner/client account management, overseeing the business relationship for sales, revenue and the P&L of the client accounts under his supervision.

In addition, he has managed large scale transformation projects including systems implementation for enterprises and was accountable for on-time and on-budget project delivery. Howie also architected solutions for procurement, finance and accounting for business process outsourcing and was accountable for closing Business Process Outsourcing deals.

Howie has served as an industry practice lead in the transport and education sector, contributing to the growth and capability-building in APAC, ASEAN & Singapore regions. He enjoys helping clients to digitally transform their business enterprises to the next level of business growth.

Howie graduated with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) and Master of Business Administration with California State University, Sacramento, U.S.A.
