Howie Sim works closely with clients to address business challenges through technology. He supports organisations in the transport section to digitally transform and deliver more effective outcomes.

Howie has over 30 years of experience in management consulting, IT consulting, and business process outsourcing. He has held key roles in client account management, overseeing sales, revenue, and P&L across multiple accounts. He has delivered large-scale transformation projects, including enterprise system implementations, solution architecture, and systems operations.

Passionate about AI-led transformation, Howie is dedicated to helping enterprises scale and achieve their next phase of growth. 

Beyond his role at NCS, he is also President of the Intelligent Transportation Society (ITS) Singapore, where he contributes to driving innovation, collaboration, and smart mobility advancements in Singapore’s transport ecosystem. He is also an active contributor to industry communities, including the Singapore Institute of Technology, where he provides guidance on curriculum development.

Howie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, USA.
