During my two enriching internships at NCS, I immersed myself in impactful projects within the Products and Platforms team. Despite starting with limited software development experience, my supervisors' consistent guidance and support made me feel at ease. Attending client meetings to align solutions with business needs further deepened my engagement. Working on several high-impact projects enriched both my technical skills and professionalism, preparing me for a successful IT career. NCS's structured mentorship ensures success and meaningful contributions as an intern, reaffirming their commitment to impactful work within a nurturing setting. 

My time as an NCS intern has been a journey of self-discovery, encouraging me to embrace new challenges and seek understanding in unfamiliar concepts. The supportive atmosphere fostered by my supervisor and colleagues has transformed my work environment into a nurturing space for growth and learning. With a determination to craft efficient solutions, I continuously refined my skills, striving for excellence. They also organize outings for us to connect with new faces and enjoy ourselves! The colleagues here radiate warmth and friendliness, creating an easygoing atmosphere that encourages learning and open conversations.

Prior to joining NCS, I was seeking hands-on experience in cybersecurity. The one-year internship offered by NCS perfectly aligned with this goal. This extended tenure enables me to refine technical skills, grasp the full project lifecycle, and foster bonds with colleagues while connecting with industry experts. Guided by supportive mentors, I have been empowered to strive for excellence, with my contributions being acknowledged in an environment that promotes inclusivity.  I’m glad that NCS is more than just a workplace but it’s a place for mastery where opportunities extend beyond internship such as the work-study programmes.

NCS's nurturing environment is a true blessing. My team aids my learning journey at a comfortable pace, readily assisting with queries. Surprisingly flexible, NCS deviates from the anticipated corporate structure, enabling task organization within deadlines. Their comprehensive onboarding has eased my adjustment and learning. I find their approach exceptional, fostering growth and making my intern journey both enlightening and well-supported.

From the moment I joined as an intern, I was warmly welcomed by my supervisor, team leads, and colleagues, fostering a strong sense of belonging. Throughout this internship journey, I've acquired invaluable knowledge, effectively resolving client concerns and making a meaningful impact on numerous individuals. I'm genuinely grateful that my contributions were acknowledged, leading to my recognition as an Intern Award recipient. Initially unsure about assuming a leadership role in an intern activity, I decided to push my boundaries and stepped into that role. Today, I'm proud to be an integral part of the young leaders community, where I've established connections with interns and other young leaders from diverse departments.

My internship journey with NCS remains as a life highlight. Being part of an energetic and trusting team, I felt valued. My team actively involved me in projects and constantly challenged me to think critically and creatively. My decision to join NCS full-time was influenced by the invaluable experiences I gained and the people I met and collaborated with. Through cross-functional teamwork, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in NCS' unified employee culture, solidifying my aspiration to thrive in such an environment.
