Zee Yoong Kang is the NCS lead for Healthcare, where he is tasked with building long lasting partnerships with major healthcare providers in Singapore and beyond to Make Tomorrow Healthier. 

He brings 18 years of leadership experience to NCS and has served as founding CEO of NTUC LearningHub and later as Head of Singapore’s Health Promotion Board, where he led digital delivery of public health services.  

Zee also has extensive experience in strategy consulting at Bain & Co as Consultant, and at McKinsey & Co as Senior Advisor.  He currently serves as Advisor to the Abu Dhabi Department of Health on their Healthy Living Strategy and is a member of the External Review Panel on Singapore Armed Forces Safety. 

Zee has master’s degrees from Oxford University and the University of Chicago.
