Singtel Dash fin-tech services powered by cloud – enabling e-payments & direct fast
With the launch of Singtel Dash, there was a need to further provide for Fin-Tech services to support its registered users. NCS thus built a solution that integrates with Singtel Dash to enable PayNow functions, direct FAST, and e-wallets top up and transfers – all in real time.
The challenge:
This was the first time a non-financial institution adopted the use of direct FAST services. Unfortunately, these services did not include PayNow functions to merchants, or funds transfer between e-wallets and direct to bank accounts.
The solution:
With the implementation of the NCS solution within Singtel Dash, users are now able to perform PayNow transactions to merchants via Dash, make direct FAST, and perform transfers between e-Wallets and back to their bank accounts.

The impact:
NCS has helped Singtel integrate Fin-Tech services into Singtel Dash at the peak of Covid-19, while keeping to compliance requirements and tight timelines from both the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the customer. With this implementation providing quick and convenient real-time service, customers of non-financial institutions like Dash, can now enjoy a seamless payment experience, anytime and anywhere.
