“When I first joined NCS as a fresh graduate, I questioned my readiness to overcome the challenges in joining the corporate world. Thankfully, the Nucleus program was there to bridge the gap. It serves as a significant stepping-stone for me to advance my career in NCS.

I learned about the expectations of the organisation and project delivery standards through training sessions provided by experienced career managers. I was also given career advice and guidance to help shape my career based on my interests and technical capabilities.

The Nucleus program emphasises on learning by doing. The highlight of the program for me would be the joy of training alongside my batch mates. The assignments given to us were challenging but with great teamwork, we overcame the odds together and forged many new friendships.”
