HTX and NCS sign five-year master agreement to advance homeland security innovation


Partnership will drive AI, robotics, and quantum-safe technologies to scale Singapore’s frontline capabilities

Singapore, 10 July 2025 – In a continued effort to strengthen Singapore’s homeland security, HTX (Home Team Science and Technology Agency) and NCS today announced a five-year Master Agreement at NCS’ annual Impact forum. 

Under the partnership, NCS will collaborate with HTX to implement next-generation technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), data, robotics and quantum-safe solutions across Home Team’s agencies. The collaboration aims to improve public safety, enhance operational productivity of officers, and strengthen the long-term resilience of Singapore’s homeland capabilities.

Under the Master Agreement, HTX and NCS will architect the foundational data core to enable seamless embedding of artificial intelligence capabilities into systems, adopt quantum-safe technologies, and scale robotics solutions. The collaboration will equip systems with next-generation tech capabilities to enhance Home Team operational effectiveness. 

This partnership reflects a shared commitment by HTX and NCS to harness innovation in support of Singapore’s homeland security. By combining operational expertise with technological capabilities, the collaboration will drive the development of scalable, forward-looking solutions tailored to the nation’s evolving security needs. NCS’ domain experience in delivering mission-critical solutions further strengthens the collaboration, laying the groundwork for HTX to forge ahead in its pursuit to modernise systems and explore new initiatives that enhance public safety.
