Michael Tan is a Senior Partner and Strategy Lead at Gov+, the government strategic business group of NCS. He drives strategy development and implementation, leads key client partnerships, and spearheads regional expansion across Asia Pacific.

As Chief Sustainability Officer of NCS Group, Mike leads the company’s sustainability agenda across all business units and geographies. He oversees the development and execution of initiatives that embed environmental and social responsibility into NCS’s operations and growth strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group’s sustainability framework and ambitions.

Before joining NCS, Mike was a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he led the Public Sector Practice in Southeast Asia and co-founded BCG’s Climate & Sustainability Hub for Innovation in Asia. He began his career at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), facilitating business growth and foreign investment.

Mike holds an MSc in Management Science and Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Stanford University.
