Lim Chih Shoong has been appointed as the Enterprise Strategic Business Group’s (SBG) Chief Client Officer with effect from 20 October 2023. Within the Enterprise SBG, he was the Senior Partner for Industrial & Commercial Client Service Unit (CSU) and subsequently, Senior Partner for Healthcare, leading his teams to secure key deals. He oversaw several key and national project deliveries, creating client impact and growth opportunities in respective sectors. 

Chih Shoong has also led the Application & Innovation practice in NCS with a focus to grow the enterprise business, where he helmed project delivery, industry consulting, the innovation hub and ERP platforms for NCS. 

His practice helped enterprise clients “unwire the past” by modernising their business and technology platform that served as the foundation for organisational transformation and “rewire the future” by driving innovation through envisioning and experiencing the art of the possible.

Before joining NCS, Chih Shoong was a Managing Director at Accenture, Singapore. He was the ASEAN Utility Lead, ASEAN Resources Management Consulting Lead and Singapore Resources Lead.

Chih Shoong has over 20 years of experience in managing and delivering large-scale digital projects across industries and in leading projects with national impact. He has worked globally with large Oil and Gas majors, Mining, Utility and among other clients that have international presence.

Chih Shoong holds a Bachelor Degree in Computing, Information Technology from Monash University, Australia.
