As the Chief Operating Officer at NCS, Claudia Tan works closely with the Operating Group leaders (OGs) to drive business performance and delivery across the organisation.  Claudia joined NCS in April 2016 as the Head of Public Service, focusing on client engagements with Ministries, Statutory Boards and Agencies within Public Sector.  Defence and Homeland Security was subsequently added to her portfolio, and, in 2023, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer, Gov+.

Claudia brought with her 23 years of IT sales experience from IBM where she held a range of senior leadership positions in Singapore, across various industries and lines of businesses.  

In her varied roles, Claudia has brought her leadership capabilities to lead in multiple domains, developed high performance sales teams, and delivered strong business performance.
