Carol Seah leads NCS’s legal, commercial management, and corporate secretarial functions within the NCS Group of Companies. With over two decades of experience spanning technology, telecommunications, and infrastructure sectors, she brings a deep understanding of cross-border legal risk, privacy and cyber security, corporate and commercial law.
Prior to joining NCS, Carol held senior in house legal leadership roles at Synapxe, Singtel, SLNG, Pacnet and Telecom New Zealand and started her legal career with the international law firm, DLA Phillips Fox. She has led legal teams across South Asia, Australia, and China, with deep experience in areas such as privacy, cybersecurity, disputes, employment, competition law, and commercial contracting.
Carol holds a law degree from Victoria University of Wellington and is admitted to the NZ Bar. She also holds certifications in Applied Business Analytics (MIT) and Ethical Artificial Intelligence (NTU).
