Howie Sim was appointed Senior Partner, Global Growth Markets of the Enterprise Strategic Business Group (SBG) in January 2025. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Partner for the Transport Client Service Unit (CSU) within the Enterprise SBG, where he helped transport organisations digitally transform their services in moving people and goods, to become more people and customer-centric to support future demands in smart cities. 

With over 30 years of experience in management consulting, IT consulting and business process outsourcing, Howie has held key roles in client account management, overseeing sales, revenue and P&L for multiple accounts under his supervision. He has successfully led large-scale transformation projects, implementing systems for enterprises and ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery. His expertise spans solution architecture, procurement, finance, and accounting for business process outsourcing, and he has played a pivotal role in securing major Business Process Outsourcing deals.

Beyond his role at NCS, Howie was recently appointed President of the Intelligent Transportation Society (ITS) Singapore, where he contributes in a voluntary capacity to drive conversations on innovation, collaboration, and smart mobility advancements in Singapore’s transport ecosystem. He is also an active contributor to industry communities, including the Singapore Institute of Technology.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, U.S.A.

Samuel Tan is a Senior Director and Co-Lead for Engineering. Since joining NCS in December 2022, he has been responsible for delivering Aviation Engineering solutions for CAAS and CAG. With 31 years in the RSAF as well as his 9 years in the commercial Aviation sector, Samuel brings an invaluable operational and engineering perspective to NCS.

Indy Sen is a Senior Director in the NCS Transport business unit, and serves as the lead for Maritime and Supply Chain Logistics sectors. He is a Senior Transformational Leader and Trusted Advisor with 25+ years experience in Supply Chains, Logistics, Transportation, Industry 4.0 & Sustainability.

Mark has been a director in NCS HK for 10 years, his current focus is on the Aviation, Enterprise SBG. Prior to this role, he served as the Director for Public Sector and Director of Sales for NCS HK. He has 35 years of experience in Business Development and Delivery of IT industry across countries including HK, Macau, China, Korea and Taiwan.
