Paul Lee drives organisational effectiveness by aligning strategy with execution, strengthening NCS as an AI-led organisation.

He oversees enterprise systems, processes, and governance, leading teams responsible for business operations, reporting and analytics, and performance frameworks. His work helps leaders make data-driven decisions and execute strategy consistently.

Paul also leads transformation initiatives that improve how NCS operates at scale as an AI-led company: identifying opportunities, managing change, and turning insights into actionable outcomes that support long-term growth.

Prior to joining NCS, Paul built a broad consulting career across Accenture, Robert Walters and KPMG, advising clients on sales, finance and risk, and business operations.

Paul is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
