Ong Keng Wah oversees the strategic direction, financial performance, organisational effectiveness, and delivery outcomes of Applications and Communications Engineering, translating strategy into measurable business results. He drives large scale transformation and AI-led productivity initiatives to improve efficiency, strengthen delivery performance, and create enterprise-wide value across NCS.

With more than 25 years of IT experience, Keng Wah has held senior leadership roles across pre-sales, complex application delivery, and managed services. He has supported public sector, defence, homeland, healthcare, transport, and enterprise clients through a people centric leadership approach.

Keng Wah holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and is professionally certified in IT leadership, including the Certification in IT Project Management from the Singapore Computer Society.
