Elton Loh is responsible for driving strategic growth across NCS’ Homeland Security portfolio. He leads high-performing teams across sales and delivery, bringing the full capabilities of NCS, including AI-enabled, mission-critical solutions, to Homeland Security agencies. 

Working closely with agencies and ecosystem partners, he ensures resilient operations, steady sustainment, and service excellence, delivering outcomes that strengthen national safety, security, and long-term operational readiness.

Elton previously led the sales organisation for the public sector at NCS, covering infrastructure and finance sectors, where he drove growth, strategic account development, and major deal pursuits. Prior to joining NCS, he held multiple sales leadership roles at IBM Singapore across manufacturing, energy and utilities, and the distribution sector. He began his career as a programmer at the National Computer Board and later delivered automation solutions to the high-tech manufacturing sector.

Elton graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Computer Engineering.
