Earl Tan
Partner, Public Service and Central Government
Earl Tan drives business expansion and strategic delivery for NCS across the public service domain, overseeing Whole-of-Government, mission critical initiatives that support national infrastructure, with a focus on operational resilience and security. He also advocates the responsible scaling of Generative AI to improve operational efficiency and deliver citizen centric outcomes.
Prior to this role, Earl served as Client Service Lead for the Gov+ Strategic Business Group at NCS, where he managed key public sector accounts and delivered complex transformation projects. Before NCS, he spent over a decade at Accenture, holding leadership roles in consulting and technology delivery. His career is defined by a proven track record of navigating large-scale digital transformation projects and aligning multi-agency stakeholders with national strategic goals.
Earl holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology (QUT). He is an active member of the Singapore Computer Society (SCS) and previously served on the Project Management Chapter Executive Committee, supporting initiatives to strengthen the ICT ecosystem and professional standards in Singapore.
