Amy Yin is Chief Operating Officer, NCS Greater China, driving operational excellence and maximising synergies to enable transformation in the business.

Amy joined NCS in October 2025. Previously, she held a range of leadership roles in Microsoft Greater China, among them: Consulting Business Operations Lead and Asia Industry Advisory Lead.

Prior to Microsoft, Amy spent 19 years in consulting, including 16 years in Accenture, selling and delivering transformation programs for Platform and Technology clients.

Amy has a Bachelor of Economics from Fudan University.
