Singapore, 29 April 2026 - NCS today announced a series of partnerships spanning AI-ready data infrastructure, behaviour analytics and Physical AI to strengthen its mission-critical AI capabilities for public safety in Singapore and across the Asia Pacific region.

The partnerships, announced at International Advanced Security and Public Safety Technologies Conference MTX (Milipol TechX), reinforce NCS’ role as a trusted technology partner, enabling AI-led solutions that help government agencies sense, decide and act faster in complex, high-risk environments.

NCS and Mistral AI are working together to deliver advanced AI solutions for organisations operating in highly regulated and secure environments. By combining NCS’ strengths in system integration with Mistral AI’s advanced and customisable AI models, the partnership helps clients deploy secure, reliable AI solutions that are ready for operational use. This collaboration supports organisations with critical operations to scale AI confidently and safely.

As part of this initiative, NCS is working with VAST Data^[1], the AI Operating System^[2] company, to enhance the deployment of AI-powered video intelligence. By leveraging the VAST AI OS, NCS is establishing a unified, real-time data foundation for high-performance video analytics and faster decision-making in mission-critical environments. VAST’s disaggregated shared everything architecture (DASE) eliminates data silos and enables seamless access to data across environments.

NCS and enterprise AI solutions deployment company Lian Xin will apply AI-based psychological analytics to strengthen public safety - from detecting atypical states in settings such as border control, correctional facilities, investigative interviews, and community supervision, to improving professional management in officer training, recruitment, and daily operational tasks including patrol, incident reporting, and shift coordination. The collaboration focuses on augmenting human decision-making with AI-enabled insights.

Earlier this month, NCS also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AGIBOT Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co and Anhui Huazhi Tiancheng Technology Co (HZTC) to advance Physical AI capabilities in Singapore and the Asia Pacific. The partnership combines NCS’ systems integration and localisation expertise with AGIBOT’s humanoid platforms and HZTC’s customisation capabilities to develop solutions with a focus on deploying Physical AI safely in real operational settings.
