Mr Yee Chen Fah currently serves as a Board member of the Singapore Food Agency, where he is Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, as well as a Director of Singapore Airlines Foundation Ltd, and Leap Philanthropy Ltd, where he is an Executive Committee member and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee. Chen Fah is also a Board member of Singapore Taekwondo Federation and Chairman of the Audit and Ethics Committee. He also sits on the Audit Committee of Asia Community Foundation Ltd.

Throughout his 37-year career with PwC, where he served until 2024, he managed and led teams in providing audit and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including listed companies, private enterprises, government-linked entities, statutory boards, non-profit organisations, and multinational corporations across sectors such as real estate, government, consultancy services, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, education, and non-profit.

Chen Fah holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (with Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and holds the Senior Accredited Director badge from the Singapore Institute of Directors.
