In his role as Chief Risk Officer, Jimmy Ong is responsible for strengthening enterprise resilience by aligning risk strategy with business priorities, enabling sustainable growth while safeguarding clients, systems and service delivery.

As Global Services Lead, he provides enterprise-wide leadership across NCS' Service Organisations and is accountable for the performance of the NCS Global Delivery Network - NCS' offshore delivery centres that provide scalable technology services and solutions to clients. In this role, he ensures delivery standards, operational resilience and business continuity across operations in China, India, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

Jimmy brings deep experience in technology-enabled transformation, spanning strategy, implementation and operations. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and previously held leadership positions in Accenture and EY.
