She also manages projects, services, stakeholders, budgets, and teams while championing the adoption of AI across various aspects of delivery, balancing innovation with operational stability and efficiency
Dorothy has 35 years of experience in system design, implementation, IT outsourcing, and business process re-engineering in the public sector. She began her career at the National Computer Board, contributing to Civil Service Computerisation initiatives under the Ministry of Finance, which shaped her focus on business process digitalisation using technology.
Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Computer Information Systems, from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
