Neil joined the team in 2019 with experience in IT service management and modern workplace practices, including managing service delivery for a significant IT portfolio at Commonwealth Bank. As the Modern Workplace Practice Manager at Eighty20 Solutions, he has led teams focused on implementing Microsoft 365 solutions for large enterprise environments.
