Koorosh Rouhani leads NCS' government practice here in Australia, overseeing efforts with Federal, State and Local government agencies across the country. With more than 26 years of experience in technology and business transformation, Koorosh has worked closely with public sector organisations to help them deliver meaningful, citizen-focused outcomes.
 
He’s known for his ability to bring people together, drive change, and shape programs that not only harness technology but also create measurable public value. His deep understanding of government operations and long-standing relationships with clients are built on trust, active listening, and a genuine commitment to their goals.
 
Koorosh holds a Diploma in Business & Technology and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from UNSW. He’s also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
