Tony oversees corporate services functions for NCS Australia, including finance, business and sales operations, cyber and IT, and facilities and office management. Previously, he served as a senior partner at IBM Consulting and Hewlett Packard Consulting, supporting energy and water utilities, telecommunications, and mining organisations. He has built and led business units and practices delivering consulting, application development, systems integration, transformation programmes, and outsourcing services.

Tony holds an MBA (University of Melbourne), a BBus in Banking and Finance (Monash University), and a BEng in Electrical Engineering (Monash University).
