Justin joined Arq Group (now part of NCS) in 2020 as a Partner, tasked with driving growth, deepening client relationships, and building a culture where excellence thrives. Before that, he spent more than a decade at InfoReady—a company he co-founded and grew to over 100 people by staying laser-focused on delivering real value to clients.

His journey started in computer engineering and has taken him through business growth, acquisitions, and countless complex challenges. Along the way, one thing has remained constant: Justin's commitment to solving problems with strategic, long-term thinking.
