Nanya Ugbode leads the Digital Applications group at NCS Australia, where he brings together our Salesforce, SAP, Applications Engineering and Digital Experience teams. He and his team work alongside clients to design, build and run digital platforms that make a real difference, improving how customers and employees experience technology while delivering results that matter to the business. 

Nanya works closely with senior leaders to turn strategy into action. He helps clients modernise their core systems, speed up delivery, and strengthen how they operate day-to-day. What drives him? Building teams that perform at their best and creating ways of working that help clients move faster and with more confidence. 

Over 25 years, Nanya has led major digital and technology initiatives across Australia, Asia and the United States. He's worked across telecommunications, enterprise, public sector, not-for-profit, tolling and life sciences, bringing a breadth of experience that helps him see challenges from different angles. His time leading technology for not-for-profit organisations gave him a deep appreciation for transformation that's driven by purpose and built to last. 

Before joining NCS Australia, Nanya held senior leadership roles at Accenture and built his consulting career with firms including Deloitte and IBM, delivering enterprise-scale CRM, digital and platform initiatives across multiple markets.
