Devanandan Subbarayalu is the AI Lead for NCS in Australia, helping client organisations define, build and scale enterprise AI as a core business capability, while leading the firm’s AI Practice across strategy, delivery and capability development.
Deva works with organisations across financial services, telecommunications, the public sector and industrial sectors to embed AI into core business operations, decision systems and customer experiences, ensuring adoption is aligned with regulatory, governance and risk requirements.
Deva’s focus is on translating AI capability into measurable business outcomes. He partners with clients to identify value pools, re-engineer critical business processes and establish enterprise-wide governance, policy and control frameworks that enable responsible and secure AI adoption at scale.
Deva leads AI go-to-market for NCS in Australia, embedding AI into industry solutions, transformation programmes and ecosystem partnerships. In parallel, he supports organisations in building AI fluency through structured enablement and academy programmes, enabling capability to scale across teams and functions.
Operating across the full AI lifecycle, from strategy and architecture through to large-scale deployment and optimisation, Deva brings experience in delivering multi-year enterprise AI transformation programmes within complex, regulated environments.
Deva holds multiple patents in industry-applied AI, reflecting a focus on translating innovation into enterprise-scale, real-world solutions.
Prior to joining NCS, Deva served as Oceania AI Lead at EY and held senior leadership roles in data science and machine learning at Accenture across ANZ.
