She's equally comfortable working with senior client leaders and internal teams, translating big ideas into clear action and making sure NCS delivers outcomes that truly matter.

With over 20 years in business and technology consulting, Brooke has deep experience in strategy, digital transformation, operations, and large-scale delivery. She spent 17 years at IBM in senior leadership roles—including Consulting Partner, Global Lead Client Partner for Rio Tinto, and Industrial Sector Lead—before joining NCS.
