People & Culture Intern, International & Corporate, AI Central team

Help bring people programmes to life and support the growth of the AI Central team.

If you are interested in HR and want broad exposure across employee experience, learning, talent, and organisational initiatives, this internship is a good opportunity to build hands-on experience in People & Culture. You will support programmes and activities that strengthen engagement, enable team growth, and enhance the employee experience within the AI Central team.

As a People & Culture Intern in the International & Corporate, AI Central team, you will support People & Culture activities across engagement, projects, learning, talent, onboarding, and team operations. This is a good opportunity for students who want broad exposure to HR and are keen to learn how people programmes support both employee experience and business outcomes.

1. People Experience and Engagement

• Support the planning and execution of engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, wellness programmes, and team events
• Develop written and visual content for internal communications, including emailers, posters, and awareness materials
• Gather and analyse employee feedback to identify insights and improvement opportunities

2. People & Culture Projects

• Support strategic and ad-hoc People & Culture projects and organisational initiatives
• Analyse HR data such as engagement survey results and dashboards to support insights and recommendations
• Conduct research on industry practices and benchmarking trends to support programme development

3. Learning and Development Support

• Support the planning and coordination of learning sessions, including provider sourcing, content discussions, and logistics arrangements
• Assist in preparing learning materials, feedback forms, and session communications
• Monitor and report on training completion rates and participation trends

4. Talent Management Support

• Support the team in working with Our Leaders to identify and develop talent, build career pathways, and strengthen succession plans for critical roles
• Assist with preparing materials, tracking updates, and coordinating talent-related activities
• Contribute to talent development initiatives and related programme support where needed

5. Onboarding and Offboarding Support

• Provide documentation and operational support for onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with coordination of exit interviews and consolidation of feedback
• Support smooth employee transitions through timely and accurate coordination

6. Administrative and Team Support

• Process invoices and coordinate approvals with senior stakeholders
• Prepare HR-related reports, trackers, and spreadsheets to support team operations
• Provide general coordination and administrative support across People & Culture activities

7. Intern Engagement and Events

• Participate in the interns engagement committee and contribute ideas to enhance the intern experience
• Support the planning and coordination of intern engagement activities and events
• Work with fellow interns and stakeholders to organise meaningful and enjoyable intern initiatives

Qualifications

• Eager to learn and grow in an HR environment, with exposure across business units and regional offices
• Proactive, takes initiative
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Curious with a growth mindset
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
