Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Lead, you will drive large-scale digital transformation programs in “Learning and Training” for the public sector. This role focuses on designing and implementing advanced BI frameworks that enable strategic insights, support organizational readiness, and guide decision-making for senior government leadership.

What will you do?

Project Leadership & Transformation

• Manage multiple high-visibility project streams for Singapore government clients.
• Lead organizational transformation initiatives and large-scale client workshops.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and systems.

BI Strategy & Implementation

• Architect and implement BI frameworks using Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Develop dashboards and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Translate complex data into strategic intelligence to support decision-making.

Data Management & Process Improvement

• Apply business process reengineering principles to optimize workflows.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across BI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BI solutions into organizational operations.
   

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in BI and Data Management.
• Proven success as a project lead for large-scale, people-centric public sector transformations.
• Strong experience in business process reengineering and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project streams simultaneously.
• 10+ years of total professional experience.
