Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be involved in experiences from digital services used by thousands to AI-driven tools that reimagine “what’s next”, we work on projects that are fast-moving, complex, and meaningful. What you will be doing

• Conceptualise and design user-centric digital experiences across various projects, from initial flows to visually compelling prototypes
• Translate complex requirements into thoughtful and user-friendly design solutions
• Apply and adapt design systems, or create a lightweight design system scoped to the project
• Design for innovation, including exploring opportunities with AI-driven technologies, to elevate user experiences and to align with evolving user expectations
• Ensure accessibility is considered across all touchpoints of the user journey
• Facilitate or co-facilitate workshops for clients and end users
• Contribute to end-to-end usability testing; to validate and improve the design through real user insights
• Communicate your design rationale to internal teams and client stakeholders
• Collaborate with UX leads, researchers, fellow designers, product owners, and developers
• Receive and act on feedback with a growth mindset
• Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh thinking into your work

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that shows both user-centred thinking and visual finesse across various projects. Experienced with designing for Ai platform/technology is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Figma, plus a working knowledge of other tools like Adobe Creative Suite
• Good blend of UX thinking, visual design craft, and full ownership over your work
• Strong aesthetic sense and design taste, along with attention to detail that makes designs feel cohesive and polished
• Curiosity about AI and emerging tech — and how they can shape new kinds of user experiences
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage work to meet project timelines in a fast-paced environment
