Job Description


The intern will be involved in one of our most exciting and high-impact transformation initiatives. This program is all about modernising how ICT operations are delivered, using automation, AI, and smarter ways of working across different countries and teams. The intern will get to support real work such as, helping to coordinate activities across teams, tracking key milestones, supporting planning discussions, preparing updates for stakeholders, and being part of conversations that shape how the program is rolled out.

This role will give the intern meaningful exposure to how large-scale transformation projects are run in a real enterprise environment. They’ll get to see how decisions are made, how challenges are managed, and how technology, people, and operations come together. It’s a great opportunity to learn, build confidence, and be part of something that genuinely makes an impact rather than just watching from the sidelines.

Learning:

The intern will be supporting Project Purple, a large transformation program that’s changing how ICT operations are run using automation, AI, and smarter delivery models. This is a hands-on role, not a “sit in the corner and do admin” internship.

On a typical day, the intern will help:

  • Coordinate activities, meetings and discussions across different teams
     
  • Track milestones, follow-ups and ongoing tasks so nothing falls through the cracks
     
  • Prepare slides, summaries and updates for management
     
  • Help document processes, decisions and improvements as the program evolves
     
  • Work closely with teams in Singapore, India and the Philippines and get exposure to a real regional project environment
     
  • They’ll get to see how a large transformation program actually works behind the scenes — the decisions, the challenges, and how everything comes together.

They’ll mainly work with:

  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Project collaboration tools like teams
  • ServiceNow and our operational tools

Qualifications


Soft Skills

  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and keep work on track
  • Good communication skills, comfortable asking questions, sharing updates, and working with different teams
  • Proactive and curious, with a willingness to take initiative and learn independently
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude, comfortable collaborating with colleagues across different countries

Technical Skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Interest or basic understanding of IT, cloud, or digital transformation (expertise not required)
  • Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Willingness to learn and use new tools, especially in areas related to AI and automation
