Job Description


As a Sales Intern at NCS, you will gain first-hand exposure to how client relationships are built and grown in a leading technology services organisation. You’ll work with experienced sales teams to support existing accounts and explore new opportunities, while learning how technology solutions are positioned to meet real business needs.

This role is suited for students who are curious about technology, enjoy working with people, and want to understand how sales, consulting, and delivery teams collaborate to close deals.

Impactful Projects

You will support the growth of existing accounts, and assist in identifying and developing new client opportunities. Your work will contribute to strengthening client relationships and supporting revenue growth initiatives.

What you will learn

  • How client engagement is managed in an enterprise sales environment
  • How technology trends are translated into business solutions for clients
  • Basics of account management and opportunity identification for new and existing customers
  • How to develop value propositions that address client needs
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Lines of Business (LOBs) and internal teams to support deal structuring and order provisioning
  • How customer satisfaction is maintained through coordinated delivery of products and services

Your responsibilities

  • Support client engagement activities and account management initiatives
  • Assist in researching client organisations, industry trends, and technology developments
  • Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and value propositions
  • Coordinate with internal teams across sales, delivery, and LOBs to support active opportunities
  • Track opportunities, follow up on action items, and maintain basic sales documentation

Qualifications


  • Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and information in a clear and structured way
  • Interest in technology and business problem-solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Basic analytical skills to support research, tracking, and reporting tasks
