As a PMO Lead, you will assist in the leading and supervision of various PMO Team(s) in the tribe/account, providing the 5 PMO services named Financial, Billing, Procurement, Governance and Administrative. The accountability is to ensure the smooth operation of the PMO teams, in supporting the Delivery Teams.
 
What will you do?
People Management & Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of PMO Professionals in providing project financial, billing, procurement, governance, administrative and logistics support for the delivery teams.
- Plan, monitor and balance the workload of the team.
- Monitor the resource utilization and performance of the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and professional development within the PMO CoE team.
 
Process Management & Continuous Improvement
- Review processes and operations on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement and provide necessary coaching and guidance.
- Plan for the transition of new processes and scope, based on the requirements of onshore PMO Lead.
- Lead in Knowledge Transfer activities to ensure smooth transition of new processes and scope.
 
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Manage internal stakeholders from different organization levels and different regional offices, and external stakeholders such as vendors and clients
 
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading teams of five or more, with the ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop team members.
- Experience working within a matrix organization and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to articulate the PMO CoE’s mission, inspire staff, and maintain high service quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute work in a structured and proactive manner.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Strong sense of ownership, tenacity, and initiative, with a focus on achieving results and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel (including Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Power Automate and Power BI is an advantage
