Systems Engineer to provide Maintenance Support (Preventive and Corrective) of Integrated Security Systems at customer site.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for corrective/preventive of Integrated Security Systems
• Maintain CCTV, PA, Intercom, Door Access, Perimeter Surveillance, Back-end Servers
• On-site servicing, coordination and supervision works
• Fault recovery following service level agreement
• Prepare Incident Report, UAT and documents
• Conduct research on his own proactively and provide technical solutions/improvements
• Lead additional adhoc tasks assigned by manager

The ideal profile should have

• Require min Degree in Electronic Engineering or IT
• Must be able to security cleared CAT 2AGood working attitude and proactive
  Team player, able to communicate with peer & Project Manager.
• Willingness to learn & take on new role & responsibility assigned.
• Handle customer and work under pressure
• Manage vendors to achieve the task without supervisionAble to troubleshoot and resolve fault independently
• Selected candidate is expected to work on Saturdays at least once a month and perform on-call standby duty
