Tan Hong Seng joined NCS in 2006 and since July 2011 leads the legal function in NCS. Together with the team of legal counsels and para-legals he is responsible for the business transactional support to the Singapore and regional business, IP registration work and corporate secretarial duties of the NCS Group of companies.

Prior to joining NCS he had 16 years of private practice experience in general and commercial litigation and non-contentious solicitor’s practice.

Hong Seng holds a Bachelor of Law, Honours from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
