Philip is Senior Partner, Engineering, and leads the Engineering Service Organisation to drive the transformation and development of deep engineering expertise needed to drive client impact and create growth opportunities for our engineers.

Over the last 30 years, Philip served in Pavilion Capital International, ST Engineering (ST Dynamics), SATS and MINDEF. He most recently led Pavilion Capital’s Enterprise Software investment in vertical applications, horizontal platforms, AI, and infrastructure covering Europe, Israel, Australia, and selectively in the US.  He led robotics and AI development in ST Engineering. He was earlier responsible for the provision of 24/7, time critical, multi-disciplinary, ground handling services at Changi International Airport. Philip served in the SAF for 25 years and retired as the Chief of Staff General Staff.
