Keith is Managing Partner, Business Excellence & Global Business, driving business excellence in areas of risk and governance, operations, and delivery. He works with our senior leaders and Service Organisations to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and high-quality delivery practices throughout NCS.

Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Customer Delivery Engagement, from Enterprise Data Managed Services, Singtel where he managed critical infrastructure projects in both Singapore and across the region.

Keith brings with him over 30 years of experience in the IT sector across MNCs such as HP, Oracle and Sun Microsystems where he held various senior leadership positions. In HP Singapore, Keith was the General Manager of Enterprise Services and Director of Sales for the global and strategic clients in Singapore. Keith's focus was to leverage HP's deep industry knowledge and global capabilities to help enterprise and government clients manage their IT infrastructure.
