Jennifer is the Partner, Commercial Management & Compliance in NCS. She works with the teams in NCS in client transactions, client engagement, contract management and compliance. She leads teams to manage compliance as well as contractual obligations and risks, balancing the needs of both clients and NCS.

Her experience spans more than 20 years in the information technology and health technology industries. Prior to joining NCS, Jennifer worked at Accenture and Philips where she advised on legal matters in both contracting and compliance. At Philips, she successfully resolved several complex litigation/dispute matters, conducted training on legal and compliance issues, played a key role in the rollout of an innovative solution in Asia Pacific and was a member of the Singapore Country Management Team. While at Accenture for 15 years, Jennifer’s roles included being the Head of the Legal Team for the ASEAN region, Legal Lead for the Products Operating Group in Asia Pacific and the Legal Lead for the Health and Public Service/Government Operating Group in Asia Pacific. She spearheaded the establishment of the Legal Team for Accenture in ASEAN and South Korea.

Jennifer enjoys building up teams and helping her team members to be successful, benefiting both the individual and the organisation. She is keen on collaborating and problem-solving with the business teams to achieve business objectives while protecting the legal and compliance interests of the organisation. Jennifer is focused on being involved in the commercial aspects of the business and exercising business acumen in working with management to bring value to clients as well as achieve NCS’ strategic objectives. She values spending time with her family and friends, reading and travelling.
