James leads the Global Business for NCS and is responsible for driving the growth of NCS in the global markets. He works closely with clients in the region to design and implement innovative ICT solutions and business services across various industries, from Financial Services, Communications, Media and Technology, Government, Healthcare, Transport and Manufacturing. He joined NCS in February 2019 and has been leading the Global Business with a strategic focus on Greater China.

James has over 30 years of experience in business solutions delivery and technology consulting. Prior to joining NCS, he was the Managing Director in the Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) client services group of Accenture in Greater China and has assumed different leadership positions in the region while at the same time, serving clients in their business and operation needs. James has led and been involved in many large scale business transformation and technology integration projects in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He is based in Hong Kong and has spent 15 years living and working in Beijing.

James has received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. He enjoys a wide variety of sports activities such as road biking, basketball and Taiji. He believes growth in the global markets can bring tremendous value to NCS, not just from a financial standpoint but also for triggering innovations and continuous development of service offerings and capabilities.
