With a strong track record in shaping high-performing teams and future-ready organizations, Salve most recently served as Territory HR Director at Schneider Electric in the Philippines, where she led end-to-end talent lifecycle and helped drive positive transformations and organization blueprint deployments for sustainable growth.

She also held key roles at Aon and Accenture Philippines, gaining deep expertise in talent strategy, business partnering, and change management.
