Rey Untal leads NCS Philippines as Chief Executive Officer with over 30 years of experience in the IT-BPO industry. A seasoned executive, he has held leadership roles across consulting, outsourcing, and industry development, driving strategic transformation at scale.

Before joining NCS, Rey was the President & CEO of Pointwest Technologies, one of the biggest Filipino-owned IT-BPM service providers in the world. He also served as the President & CEO of the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), where he championed digital transformation and talent development, and helped shape government and industry policies.

Additionally, Rey spent over two decades with Accenture, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in Solution Architecture, Mobilization & Enablement, Knowledge Transition, and Service/Delivery Management for large-scale and complex engagements.
